We have a unique site with almost 60 Acres of beautiful river walks, ponds, lakes ...all  spring-fed -never dry out with abundant wild-life.  The site is one of the oldest farms in North Devon and dates back to before the Fifteenth Century!  

Also there are hills (spectacular views of Devon), valleys,   woodlands, forest (with Sika Deer), fields and many ancient sites for you to explore

Most of the land has not been touched for over 120 years and you will also find tranquility....
