This is a once-only sale as my family has now grown up and desire to move on. Also family illness forced a change of direction. Business plans available.
We have had fun running and building a good reputation over the last 10 years. The site is split as there maybe is too many options for one purchaser.
The Park didn't trade in 2006 but it would not be a major problem to open as an attraction in 2008. The restaurant is ready to trade on it's own and the fishing lakes are well stocked. The sika dear herd will stay with the Park and the Heritage Museum and possibly the Radio Museum can be negotiated separately.
The major town of Barnstaple is less than three miles away and the site has excellent access to the Link road.
Barnstaple is growing and thriving with much history to boast. It used to be a major port and the area boasts some of the finest beaches in the UK. Saunton Sands is only 10 miles away and the famous Tarka Trial comes through Barnstaple itself.
